Omni-Spatial Intelligences involvement in the oil and gas industry is subject to certain limitations due to existing contractual obligations.

 

Specifically, Omni-Spatial Intelligence will not bid on or perform work for any oil and gas operator or subcontractor that may conflict with its current contractual commitments, particularly those involving confidentiality agreements. Additionally, Omni-Spatial Intelligence requires prior written approval from its existing contractual partners before entering into any direct contracts with oil and gas operators or subcontractors.

 

This approval must explicitly waive any potential conflicts arising from Omni-Spatial Intelligences involvement with a competitor. These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with Omni-Spatial Intelligences existing contractual commitments and to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
